Hello Sunil.. thank you for your feedback, it’s great to hear that you are finding this article useful. Re your question: yes, it makes sense to follow-up as often as you need to to reach the decision-maker. At the early stage of cold calling / emailing / SMS you may have to follow-up 6-12 times with a combination of cold calls and cold emails before you get to kick-started with your prospective customer. Obviously if they unsubscribe or say no then you have to respect this. At later stages, non-response would indicate that your prospective customer no longer sees (or has doubts) about the potential value of the solution you are selling. After following-up 2 times at a later stage, I would make it easy for your prospect to voice their concerns by communicating something like: “I’m struggling to reach you, perhaps we could hop on a call for 5 minutes as I’d like to understand your current thoughts rather than assume you are no longer interested in progressing.”
Cons: Certain functions don't always seem to be where they should be. Also, you can make a change to the path of a funnel and it won't take. You don't receive any sort of message to tell you why, it just doesn't work. After putting in a ticket, I learned that you can't have the same path name for two funnels, even if they are under different URLs. Not sure why this is the case.
The truth? People are smart. They're not simply going to buy anything from anyone unless they feel there's an immense amount of value to be had there. Thus, your funnel needs to built that value and bake it in through a variety of means. But most importantly, you have to create a strong bond with your prospect, and that happens by being relatable, honest and transparent in your email warming sequence.

Of course, the address itself won't be enough to estimate the value of a home. It just denotes the home's neighborhood. That's why the next page follows with more questions about the property itself, like number of beds and baths. Below, you see the copy "Tell us where to send the report" -- with a disclaimer that, by entering this information, you're agreeing to connect with a real estate agent. This is a great example of a company giving value to their visitors from the get-go, while setting visitors' expectations about what will happen as a result.
Are fast as Ferraris. Speed is essential, as loading times have a tremendous affect on bounce rates. An excellent landing page is built like a bullet, so get out your stop watch and get your landing page moving at a healthy clip. Reduce load times by not making your images files any larger than they have to be, using cache tools, and using a speedy web host (some are a lot faster than other).

As silly as that sounds, it’s true to some degree – the better you understand your audience, the more you can cater to their wants and needs. Unless you know who your ideal customers are, it will be very difficult to write persuasive copy in the voice of the customer. So get in your audience’s head, Hannibal Lecter-style.
You could create a much simpler one, like say an email opt-in page (perfect if you just want to build an email list in exchange for something like a free downloadable checklist) in a couple days. Both matter. There’s a very well-known coffee brand that has great company policies, friendly staff, and an overall cool attitude, but I just think the products tastes like dirt. So, I don’t purchase from them anymore. “I think it’s great that the moment we come to this landing page we immediately know what HubSpot is offering. Both the H1 and the H2 are bolded which is a bit distracting. When viewing the landing page on iPhone the main header text comes up perfectly right under the top gif, which looks really clean. Overall the content does a great job showcasing why we would want these ebook templates. The biggest problems right now is I can’t read the orange text on the FAQ’s, the ebook examples are blurry, and the image behind the form at the bottom distracts from the CTA button. I’d worry people would have a hard time finding that CTA button. I’d also worry that people would not be able to see the arrows to navigate the example ebooks and like to test having less blurry example ebooks. I also think it would be worth testing not having sharing buttons on the landing page, as that could also distract visitors.”
